A move coordinator comes to your apartment or initiates a video call within 24 hours of your inquiry. The survey documents volume, access conditions, size of lifts, and any special equipment such as pianos, artwork, or home gym equipment.
Written Fixed-Price Quote
A quote is dispatched within 24 hours of the survey with a full breakdown — crew size, truck type, packing materials, and total AED cost. No variable hourly rates, no surprises on move day.
Packing Day
The crew arrives on time in uniform and registers at the reception. Before anything leaves your apartment it is wrapped, labelled, and recorded on a signed inventory sheet.
Transport
The destination address is confirmed and a GPS-tracked truck departs for the new apartment. You can track its live position on your phone from pickup to drop-off throughout the journey.
Setup and Sign-Off
Furniture is assembled in the correct rooms, appliances are reconnected, and all packing waste is cleared. You walk through the apartment with the team leader and sign the completion form.
